Today, as I pushed open that brand-new glass door and watched my team members bustling about with excitement in the bright, spacious new office, I suddenly felt the urge to put these words down – for T-WIN &CIS’s new beginning, and for all the partners who have walked this journey with us.
13 years ago, we signed our first contract in a small office of less than 80 square meters. Back then, the meeting room doubled as a pantry, and three people sharing a desk was the norm. Yet no one complained about the “crowdedness”; instead, we all felt the warmth of working side by side filling the air. Now, as we stand in this nearly 800-square-meter space, looking at the independent meeting rooms, sun-drenched lounge areas, and even a dedicated corner for clients, it’s hard to believe that all those wishes we made in that small office – “when we grow bigger” – have actually come true, one by one.
Many have asked, what’s the core of a company’s expansion? For us, it’s never been as simple as “moving to a bigger place.” In the new office, we’ve deliberately designed an open collaboration area, hoping to allow ideas from different departments to collide more freely. The newly added technology research and development center holds our ambition for the next product breakthrough. Even that display wall covered with thank-you notes from clients is meant to constantly remind us: all growth stems from the trust of others.
Moving here is not an end, but a clearer starting point. Over the next three years, let everyone on the team upgrade their professional abilities along with the company. After all, what can carry dreams is never the size of the office, but the determination of a group of people to keep moving forward.
